Ristorante Italiano: The charm of Italy is captured in both atmosphere and cuisine in this quaint trattoria, recognized as one of the premier dining spots in Las Vegas for more than a decade. Open Tuesday through Saturday, 5:30 p.m. to 11 p.m.
Kristofer's Steakhouse: Decorated in a Mediterranean motif, Kristofer's features fine steaks, seafood and daily "blackboard" specials with complete fixed-price dinners. Dinner served daily from 5:30 p.m. to 11 p.m.
Kady's Coffee Shop: Overlooking the beautiful pool area, this bright and colorful restaurant is open 24 hours and features breakfast, lunch and dinner with daily specials.
JAX French cuisine in an intimate setting, yet opens onto the casino floor. Open for breakfast, lunch or dinner. For a quick cup of coffee, quick snack or a complete dinner, Open seven days, 7 a.m. to 9 p.m.
World's Fare Buffet: Located on the second floor near the shopping arcade, the all new World's Fare Buffet features Roast Baron of Beef and a fresh carving station. A champagne brunch is served on Saturday and Sunday and The Great Late Night New York Steak Buffet is featured Saturday through Thursday, from 10 p.m. to 6 a.m. Open daily for breakfast, lunch and dinner.
Mardi Gras Food Court: A unique concept for a resort hotel, the Food Court features eight quick service restaurants including: KFC/A&W, Kabalen, Panda Express, Pizza Hut, Krispy Kremes, Quiznos and La Salsa.
Hound Doggies: Fast food in the Riviera's newest venue, Penny Town.
COCKTAIL LOUNGES:
Le Bistro Bar & Theatre: Located in the south end of the main casino, Le Bistro is a throwback to the New York nightclubs of the 1930's. The theatre, which is slightly elevated and overlooks the main casino, features onyx-top tables and velvet club chairs, and mirrored columns accented by ribbons of red neon. Curtains close during performances. A checkerboard tile floor, black-marble bar top, and brass lamps and railings highlight the semi-circle bar at the rear of the theatre. From 10 p.m. to 4 a.m., Le Bistro turns into Syn City, The Nightclub with DJs and live music.
Splash Bar: Located next to the main showroom, the Splash Bar is a long, oblong-shaped bar featuring an oak bar top with brass and cut-mirror fixtures.
Kristofer's Bar: This intimate lounge adjoining its restaurant namesake overlooks the pool and garden area. It features a Middle Eastern ambiance with rattan chairs and glass-top tables, a Mexican tile floor, and plenty of seclusion for close encounters.

ENTERTAINMENT:
No other Las Vegas resort offers the award-winning variety of entertainment featured at the Riviera three production shows, a comedy club, an intimate Le Bistro theatre with name acts and an adult dance nightclub.
"Splash: The perennial Show of the Year": A stage spectacular of music and dance featuring Las Vegas' most beautiful showgirls and hottest dancers. "Splash" will also thrill and excite you with the top specialty acts on the Las Vegas Strip. Schedule changes throughout the year. Splash Theater capacity, 1,000.
"Crazy Girls: Sensuality, Passion & Sensuality": Voted Las Vegas' "Best Showgirls" plays once a night at 9:30 p.m. (dark Thursday) in the Mardi Gras Pavilion. The show features the best off all worlds - beauty, comedy, music, dance and song, in addition to the sexiest showgirls on the Strip. Showroom capacity, 400. Must be 21 or older.
"An Evening at La Cage": In it's 17th year, an exciting re-creation of it famous namesakes in New York and Los Angeles, La Cage feature the most accomplished female impersonators in the world, highlighted by Frank Marino as a memorable Joan Rivers, in the cosmopolitan tradition of the Parisian cabaret. La Cage plays once a night at 7:30 p.m. (dark Tuesday) in the Mardi Gras Pavilion. Showroom capacity, 600. No one under 12 admitted.
The Riviera Comedy Club: Named Las Vegas' Best Comedy Club six straight years in a row. America's hottest comedians take center stage in this intimate comedy club reminiscent of a Manhattan nightclub, complete with neon-studded walls and a canopy entrance. Shows presented nightly in the Mardi Gras Pavilion. Showroom capacity, 350. No one under 12 admitted.
The Le Bistro Theatre - Name acts daily in an intimate theatre setting. Showroom capacity 200. No one under 12 admitted.
Syn City, The Nightclub The Le Bistro converts into a mini-ultra lounge nightclub, with live music, DJs and performing cocktail waitresses. Opens at 10 p.m. Capacity 200. Must be 21 or over.
