KRISTOFER’S FOR STEAKS AND SEAFOOD AT THE RIVIERA
Kristofer’s, in the Riviera Hotel & Casino, enjoys a reputation as one of the finest steak houses in Las Vegas.
With an emphasis on charbroiled steaks and fresh seafood, Kristofer’s features a complete-course prix fixe menu at affordable prices.
Among the inviting entrees are aged, Midwestern prime rib of beef, broiled fresh salmon or swordfish, double-rib spring chops, and Kristofer’s classic Surf and Turf - tender lobster tail provocatively paired with petit filet mignon. For serious steak connoisseurs there’s the challenge of a 22-ounce, succulent Porterhouse steak.
You can also choose from the blackened, Cajun-style chicken, prime rib or Catch of the Day, plus daily “blackboard specials.”
All entrees are accompanied by a crock of cheese spread with crackers, Caesar salad, fresh baked bread, and the choice of baked potato, rice or the highly recommended sweet potato with cinnamon butter.
Save room for dessert and choose from tastefully prepared French pastry, New York-style cheesecake, Black Forest cake, to name a few, and a cup of Kristofer’s specialty coffee. The finale could be a house favorite, Smokey Bon Bons, served in a dazzling dry ice display.
