Bally's Las Vegas Opens a New Poker Room
Popular Table Games Return to Quintessential Las Vegas Casino
Release Date: March 1, 2005
Enhancing the classic Las Vegas gaming experience, Bally's is set to introduce its new 2,000 sq. ft. poker room. The space opens Aug. 2 and will offer a wide variety of the increasingly popular Texas Hold'em, including $2 to $4, $3 to $6 as well as $4 to $8 Hold'em. In addition, $1 to $5 Seven Card Stud and No Limit Hold'em (with a $200 maximum buy-in) will also be available.
The new 24-hour poker room is conveniently located in the center of the Bally's casino and features seven poker tables with friendly customer-service for players of all skill levels. In the event of a wait, players will be provided with beepers so they may move about the property until a table becomes available.
"The recent resurgence of poker coupled with consistent guest demand, encouraged us to offer the most popular poker games in an environment that is inviting for both players and spectators," said Joe Manno, vice president of casino operations. "The poker room is located in the center of the casino so everyone can participate in the action. We have a staff of knowledgeable and friendly dealers to accommodate both novice and seasoned players."
Bally's Las Vegas recently remodeled its 70,000-square-foot casino, providing guests with a bright, lively "Classic Las Vegas" gaming space with more than 1,500 electronic slot and video poker machines and more than 70 table games.
