Casual Thursday, Ladies Night Fridays and Sin Sundays Now at Silk
The New Nightclub at California's Pechanga Resort Hotel and Casino
Release Date: May 30, 2005

Silk, the luxurious 28,000 square foot nightclub inside Pechanga Resort & Casino already has a name as one of the hottest night spots in southern California. With thousands of ever-changing, glowing LED lights, dozens of plasma screens, dual levels and resident club dancers and DJs, Silk presents an upscale venue for those 21 and over to party and dance four nights a week. Now the rules on three of those nights have changed and Silk guests can’t seem to get enough. Silk introduces Casual Thursdays with doors opening at 8pm. Silk’s staff bends the ordinarily strictly enforced dress code to allow club-goers to wear jeans, denim and more relaxed attire. The cover charge has also dropped to $10 all night on Thursdays. Fridays ladies reign the house as they are admitted in free all night. A cover of $10 before 10pm and $15 after 10pm applies for men. Doors open Fridays at 8pm. Come out to be seen on Saturdays at Silk. Doors open at 8pm and $10 before 10pm and $15 after 10pm cover applies to everyone. Sundays, get ready for SIN, or Service Industry Night. Simply bring proof of employment in the service industry (employer ID badge, pay stub, etc.) and you will be admitted in free all night, starting at 8pm. If you are not a member of the service industry, there is a $10 before 10pm and $15 after 10pm cover charge. Dress code is enforced Friday through Sunday nights and patrons must be 21 or older to enter Silk.

Silk is a non-smoking facility that easily accommodates 1,500 people looking to dance, mingle, meet new people and converse with friends in a modern, chic environment. Guests can reserve private booths featuring plush leather couches, dedicated speaker system, sheer divider panels and more. Many of these even give guests the option of choosing the color of their VIP suite as they wish. These areas are available upon request and also come with private bottle service. Patrons may call Silk or ask the club manager to reserve in advance. If guests want to step outside for a breath of fresh air, they only need to walk out onto Silk’s covered patio. It provides comfortable couch seating for up to 75 people. Guests can gaze up at the stars or out to the Temecula Valley yet are still protected from the elements by glass. Perhaps the signature of the outdoor patio is its 10 copper torches mounted to the outside wall of the main resort building and placed on steel arm rods to perch at the level of Silk’s patio lookout glass. Patrons driving to or from Pechanga Resort & Casino at night can see the torches glowing outside of the club.

Silk’s resident DJ spins the hottest hip-hop, house and techno, plus those wanting to dance also get treated to special guest DJ appearances from personalities from radio stations KGGI, KDAY and others. Silk also turns up the fun with special guest appearances by known DJs from around the world, featured band performances, sexy dancers, and an overall ultra-modern ambience. You’re invited to experience the feel of Silk for yourself.
